Leading German industrial kitchen company chooses Evatic

One of the leaders in the field of industrial kitchen technology in Germany – Citti GV-Partner Groβhandel GmbH & Co. KG – has recently decided to use Evatic for their service management. The company’s headquarter is in Kiel with 6 service centres around the country.

Citti will utilise the possibilities in Evatic to further expand and strengthen their market position by providing prompter and more efficient service through simplified service processes and more accurate and easily attainable records of service history, etc. Approximately 75 service technicians will be using Evatic’s mobile solution for Android (EMA), and this will greatly reduce the administrative burden by letting the service technician receive and report service assignment while onsite at the customer’s. With EMA the technicians always have necessary information available on their mobile devices, including service history, information about equipment, customers, and stock. This also includes data about travel and labour time, supplies and customer signatures - collected from the technician with the mobile device.
