Evatic Map has recently been re-launched and is now integrated with Google Maps.
Evatic Map is an extension of the project overview in Evatic Service, and the solution gives the user a visual representation reported service jobs and the company’s service technicians - represented by symbols in the map. The scalable maps provide the service coordinator with a complete list of reported service jobs, and the jobs are easily assigned to the nearest service technician by drag and drop.
When clicking on a service technician and a service job Evatic Map will plan the most sensible route between the technician's location and the service job, and the service coordinator will automatically receive more information such as project number and customer details. On the map, service jobs are visible as circles of different colours, the colours referring to the urgency of the job. Service technicians are represented with separate car icons in the map, also with different colours which gives the service coordinator an immediate status update of the workload of any given service technician. Whenever a new service job is registered a new circle appears on the map.Pre-planned service tasks, such as periodic maintenance and other recurring projects, will automatically appear in the map.
