The new Evatic version offers new functionality, better usability and brand new products.
Some highlights:
A PDF converter is now available in all modules where documents can be added, making it easy to convert PDF files from MS Word and Excel documents. This functionality has also been added to the e-mail window, where you can choose to convert an attached document to a PDF file directly.
Evatic Map has recently been re-launched and is now integrated with
Google Maps.
Evatic Map is an extension of the project overview in Evatic Service, and the solution gives the user a visual representation reported service jobs and the company’s service technicians - represented by symbols in the map. The scalable maps provide the service coordinator with a complete list of reported service jobs, and the jobs are easily assigned to the nearest service technician by
drag and drop.
Our well known product Evatic Mobile is now available as a browser based solution supporting the browser on Smartphones which apply Safari and Chrome. This also means that Evatic Mobile can run on
iPhone and
iPad.
Fast growing markets in the Asia Pacific region led Evatic to open a Asia regional office in Singapore last year.
The new office, which now includes functions such as sales, marketing and technical support, meets new and existing clients with more than 20 years of professional service management experience. Evatic's aim is to ensure that their clients can deliver excellent service at a lower cost.
Evatic has recently hired René Musch from the Netherlands to be in charge of the new Benelux Branch of Evatic.
René has been working in the industry for years, and he will be responsible for setting up our sales organisation in the Benelux countries. We are looking forward to gaining a greater presence in this region in the near future.
