Efficient paperless service in the Malaysian market

Evatic has recently signed a contract with one of Malaysia’s leading domestic telecommunications suppliers Supreme Land mobile & Wireless Corporation (SLW) Sdn Bhd.

After the implementation SLW can expect to enjoy a more streamlined service process with a paperless workflow. SLW’s technical engineers will be able to track the client’s service history while at the same time the technicians’ schedules and activities are transparent. The Tunisian company Cimef chooses Evatic

Cimef sells and maintains Ricoh and Canon machines all over Tunisa. The company was established in 1975 and are involved both in the copy / print industry as well as offering IT and video services.

As so many other companies in the copy / print industry Cimef has now decided to use Evatic as their service management system.  The company’s engineers and technicians will shortly become fully equipped with mobile devices that run Evatic’s mobile solution, Evatic Mobile Service




Evatic Map – assigning service jobs has never been easier!

Evatic Map has recently been re-launched and is now integrated with Google Maps.
Evatic Map is an extension of the project overview in Evatic Service, and the solution gives the user a visual representation reported service jobs and the company’s service technicians - represented by symbols in the map. The scalable maps provide the service coordinator with a complete list of reported service jobs, and the jobs are easily assigned to the nearest service technician by drag and drop.

A new version is launched: Evatic 3.6

The new version contains some news, changes and improvements. PartnerWeb is among other things released with a new look, and is now compatible with all the major browsers. There is also new functionality for meter readings in the CustomerWeb, and EMA (Evatic Mobile for Android™ can now generate checklists which automatically are converted to documents files for easy e-mail attachements.

News and improvements in Evatic Mobile Service

Evatic Mobile Services (EMS) is the new umbrella term for all our mobile solutions. EMS is now also available on iPhone and iPad, and the functionality has been further developed since the last release. Now it is possible to handle documents and utilize checklists, and the solution is becoming even more stable and comparable to our popular product Evatic Mobile for Android™. You soon get the opportunity to download EMS from Apple’s App store. 

You can now control the user-rights in Evatic Mobile for Android™ on user level. This means that you can to decide which users who are allowed to create a new projects in EMA. A similar control has been added at department level, making it possible to control that a service technician may only be able to create new project on a customer or machine which belongs to the department he or she is logged on to.

Now the field service technician may send e-mails directly to a contact group, regardless of who is set as main contact person for the project. It is also possible to move machines or equipment from one customer to another when creating a new task in EMA. 
New functionality is also available in the e-signature feature. When the field service technician captures the customer’s signature on EMA, you now get the opportunity to type the customer’s name as an addition to the signature. Here a bookmark has been created, making it easy to retrieve the name in relevant reports.
