    Based on the case study of our customer CoffeeClick from Amsterdam René Musch presented the Evatic M2M solution to a wider audience. He was supported by Cliff Bos from Agile XS, who designed the Data Collection Agent (DCA) for Coffee machines. With this Managed Coffee Service CoffeeClick can send not only is its monthly accounts to its customers fully automised but also call up the meter readings from the machines and transfer them to the Evatic system. This saves a lot of time since previously all had to be done manually, based on cup consumption.
