Evatic Service contains tightly integrated contract management and field service management, as well as unit and model management  in one single application.Evatic Service Management System

Customer units are registered with detailed information such as serial number, model description, date of installation, accessories, etc, in addition to user details such as name, address, installation site, and location of units.

Incoming service assignments are registered in the project module, where planning, scheduling and assigning are performed. Tasks can easily be assigned by the drag and drop functionality to a service technician or to the calendar. The calendar in Evatic may be fully synchronised with your local Outlook calendar.

Rich Handheld Clients

Assigned service tasks are sent directly to service technicians via SMS, e-mail or directly to a laptop (PC) or a mobile terminal (PDA or Smartphone). When reporting in service tasks the system will validate each individual order line to check if a service contract is current and if time spent, parts and materials are to be invoiced. This built-in logic enables fast and easy reporting. If customers or equipment are registered with quantity control and the quantity for a specific article number exceeds this limit, a warning is automatically generated by Evatic Service.

Administration of Periodic Tasks

Equipment that requires periodically control may be set up to automatically display a message regarding this maintenance when the specified time for the task approaches.

Sophisticated Contract Management

All agreed terms and conditions are registered in the contract module in Evatic Service. Invoices are automatically generated based upon the contract agreements. Advanced contracts which contain elements such as meters are also handled by Evatic Service. Reports may be produced to show a contract's periodically revenues.

Each Object in Evatic is a Profit Centre

Evatic Service can produce detailed reports displaying revenues, costs and customer profitability, customer groups, equipment/unit, equipment/unit groups, service technicians, service contracts, and much more. All reports in the Evatic Service Management System can easily be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis. Users may also create their own reports directly from Evatic Service or by using third party products, e.g. Crystal Reports.
