Tender Management

In the project module an offer to a customer can be set up, including order lines if required. Order lines may be merged into pre-defined document templates, thus automatically generating a complete customer offer. Upon acceptance of the offer, the order can be completed and the requisition will be generated directly.

Using Evatic makes it convenient for the Sales Manager to follow up the sales team. With the help of statistics measuring activity levels and achieved results, it is easy to get an overview over the highly productive members of the team vs the members with a lower productivity rate.

Integrate Pre-sales and Service Using Sales Calc

SalesCalc is an add-on module for Evatic Service. The module offers a number of additional functions for calculating sales prices and provides the seller with information about price, discount, commission level and profit margins. In Evatic SalesCalc the salesperson registers equipment/units which is being offered to the customer. If the customer requires financing, several finance models are available. Service contracts may also be generated and registered within the SalesCalc Module. On acceptance of the offer, the equipment is automatically registered hence removing the need for double entry in Evatic Service. The proposed service contract will also be generated automatically from the contract module in Evatic Service and the sales order is completed automatically.
