All relevant data from Evatic Service is available in the HelpDesk, making it convenient to provide first-rate and efficient support to your customers.
It is easy to assign service tasks to qualified and available technicians, and you also get a summary over all open support tasks registered on the customer. Service history connected to a service task is also available, in addition to a complete overview over recurring problems. Automatic e-mails or text messages may be sent to the customer providing information about the progress or the conclusion of a task.
If an assignment cannot be solved by first line support, it can be submitted directly to the project module and the service department.
