Evatic AS develops and sells the Evatic Service Management System to companies operating in the service industry.
Evatic AS was established in Norway in 1991 by the company’s current CEO, and has a strong position within the Service Management Industry in Europe today. The Evatic Service Management System is developed in-house and is especially adapted to cover the needs of companies performing technical service. A typical Evatic customer focuses on service chain optimisation by emphasising sophisticated contract management, workforce planning and scheduling, and allowing service technicians to use handheld devices with mobile solutions such as Evatic Mobile for mobile phones, PDA and Smartphones or tablet-PCs .
Our list of customers reflects a wide range of businesses – from small local companies to large public international corporations, representing several different industries. The common challenge of these industries is the constant demand for delivering excellent technical service which at the same time needs to be cost-effective and profitable.
The Evatic Service Management System is currently available in nine different languages, and Evatic AS is presently situated in Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Singapore and China. HQ is located in Trondheim, the technological capital of Norway.
